With all the excitement of Christmas and now the New Year it can sometimes be difficult for children to get back into a regular sleep pattern.
Lavender is said to aid restful sleep and help with relaxation. So a very simple tip is to snip a few Lavender sprigs and either tie them with some pretty ribbon or pop them into a non breakable container. Let the children know how special this plant is in helping them sleep and ask them where they would like it placed in their bedroom.
The Lavender sprigs will dry out but they will still retain their beautiful fragrance and the ability to aid sleep. I have tried this myself and it does work!!
The key to any parent getting a good nights sleep is if the children sleep well so give it a try and let me know how you get on 😊👍.
